We are taking part in this year’s Worcestershire Theatre Festival.
This annual event showcases the talents of some of our county’s foremost drama groups. It takes the form of a series of one-act performances by the various groups, which are then judged by a professional adjudicator. Prizes are awarded at the end of the Festival for the best play, writing, acting and so on.
Our entry is an original play – ‘The 32 Skudi’, written by Alan Clarke. Alan also directs and appears in the play, which focuses on a key moment in the life of the renaissance scientist and poet Giordano Bruno.
The Festival takes place at the Norbury Theatre in Droitwich, over the weekend of Saturday 2nd – Sunday 3rd March. We will be performing during the Saturday afternoon session, which starts at 2pm. Tickets, priced at £6, are available for all sessions, so why not come along and support us!
